Triathlon is a fantastic diverse sport that has captivated me since I first started training at Thames Turbo Triathlon Club in the mid 1990's. Since then I have raced triathlon and duathlon for 12 years at elite level, medaling at National Championships and representing Great Britain. I have travelled the world with the sport , and made lifelong friends along the way.

I have been coaching at Loughborough High Performance Centre since 2005, during which time there have been 2 World Champions and a European Champion from within the triathlon squad based here. Loughborough is the foremost triathlon centre within the UK, and is also a major base for numerous other Olympic sports. This makes it a great place to nurture and develop both present and future champions, in the lead up to London 2012.

This also makes it a fantastic environment to work in, with everyone involved striving to achieve.
